No, the sale of Cuban cigars in the United States is against the law because of the Cuban embargo which has been in effect for over 40 years

How do I cut a cigar?

Answer:
You should cut the cigar to leave about 1/8 inch of the cap. Always make sure whatever you use to snip the cap is sharp (that's essential). Always make the cut clean and level. Never cut below the cap level as this will cause the cigar to unravel. The idea is to take off just enough of the cap to expose the filler leaves

Answer:
Most people do not inhale the smoke of a cigar. The smoke of a cigar is strongly alkiline with a low nicotine content which will lead to a coughing reaction

Is a dark colored cigar stronger than a lighter colored cigar?

Answer:

Is the white powder on my cigar mold and is it ruined?

Answer:
The answer is no and no. The name given this white powder is bloom (sometimes called plume). It forms when the oils in the tobacco wrapper come to the surface and crystallize. Bloom is an indication that a cigar is alive and maturing as it should inside a well maintained humidor. It can be wiped off but there is no reason to...many smokers prefer a cigar in the bloom state.
